Will my existing Patreon subscription be automatically canceled?
No, if you had a Patreon account previously please ensure you head over to Patreon.com and cancel your NubianRockChick Patreon as they are different services. As of September, the Patreon will be paused so no accounts will be charged however it’s best to cancel your patron over there.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
A subscription may be switched if it is active. Customers cannot switch subscriptions that are on hold or pending cancellation.
The first payment for the new subscription is charged when the next payment for the old subscription was due. E.g If on the 25th a subscriber switches to a different tier. The next renewal will still be on the 1st of the next month despite the new subscription billing period being shorted. Only after that first payment on the 1st of the next month will the subscription start on the new tier.

My transaction keeps saying declined, even though there is money in my account, why is this?
There are several possible scenarios that can trigger the declined code
- The bank’s fraud rules consider various factors that are not made public.
- The issuing bank may have placed a temporary hold on the customer’s card.
- The purchase session may have been locked due to multiple declined payments.
- The seller is located in a country different from that of the card-issuing bank.
If this is happening please contact your bank explaining you are trying to process payment so they can approve the payment or use a different card.

Subscription sign up is open from the 1st of every month and closes the 7th of every month. After that packages will begin shipping. Once you receive your shipping notification please allow 5 to 7 working days to receive your package. ( This does not take into account your countries local postal delays or customs fees or wait times.

I simply want to ensure you get your items safely to you and on time. As I deal with all prints myself the cost is simply too high to offer free shipping internationally I am afraid. As the packages are shipped from the UK they have to board a plane and pass-thru many systems. I have searched for the best International shipping costs I can at the moment. Once it leaves the UK it’s extremely hard to keep track of the shipping so I advise, to be on the safe side choose the tracked option. Please ensure you check your customs information for your country, it may increase the shipping time. In some cases, you may incur extra import charges.
